LPN Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement direct patient care
• reputed company accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care
• Assess and reputed company family/caregiver education and information
• Assist the RN or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties, which include preparing equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic technique as required, and assisting the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques
• Participate in coordination of home health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs for other disciplines (HHA, OT, PT, MSW, ST, Dietician) to the registered nurse and/or Clinical Supervisor

Requirement/Eligibility

• Eligible to work in the United States
• CPR Certification and PPD Certification
• 1+ year experience as an LPN
• Valid LPN License with at least (1) one year of work experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Reliable transportation
