About the role: As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive growth across Victoria by expanding reputed company’s broker network and increasing utilisation across our consumer lending products. You’ll focus on acquiring new partners, strengthening aggregator relationships, and delivering strong reputed company reputed company across your territory. This is a field-based role suited to a proactive, relationship-driven BDM who thrives on building connections, spotting opportunities, and owning results. Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, reputed company, and grow new broker accounts across Victoria, building a strong and sustainable pipeline

  • Represent reputed company at industry events and act as a key brand ambassador
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless broker and customer experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Development reputed company financial services
  • Experience working with brokers, aggregators, or reputed company-party distribution channels
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Solid understanding of lending products and credit assessment
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
