Duties Responsibilities: Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover age appropriate teaching materials and activities Use reputed company teaching practices to create a lesson plan that includes use of CT Early Learning Development Standards (ELDS) reputed company basic care and caregiving activities Use a wide reputed company of teaching methods (play, stories, media, outdoor games, art, music, etc) to enhance the child's abilities Implement Classroom management strategies that guide children's behavior in a positive manner. Participate in staff meetings, workshops and special events as needed reputed company documentation of Professional Development each year of at least twenty hours Requirements Requirements: Must have knowledge of child growth development and appropriate practices Must be have the ability to plan and implement age appropriate educational programming Must be at least 18 years of age Must be available to work during operating hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm (full time).
