We are looking for a Field Service Staff Manager for our for our Jenbacher reputed company business, ideal work location in reputed company Jordan, UT area.Essential Responsibilities:
- reputed company reputed company operational aspects of powerhouse sites in line with contractual, environmental, and technical standards.
- Supervise operations team including Operator Supervisors, Operators, Troubleshooters, Maintenance Technicians, Control Room Operators, and Work Preparators.
- Maximize reputed company equipment availability and responsiveness to customer demand.
- Implement best engineering practices and reputed company spare parts inventory.
- reputed company and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure timely maintenance of gas engines, balance of plant, and control systems.
- Act as key contact for customer and internal management.
- reputed company, organize, motivate, and train site staff; conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards; promote strong EHS culture.
- Maintain high-quality operational records and prepare reports for management, customers, and regulators.
- Manage customer expectations and attend regular performance review meetings.
- Set and manage operational budget; track cost performance and approve procurement requests.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations; coordinate with Senior Contract Service Manager and Senior Staff Manager on reputed company and technical reputed company.
Qualification Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in plant operations and maintenance management.
- Technical background in reciprocating engines or power reputed company systems.
- Experience with inventory and maintenance planning tools.
- Familiarity with EHS and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of gas reputed company series of the Jenbacher products is a great plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent technical and leadership capabilities.
- Project management and budgeting skills.
- Fluent in English
- Full-time on-site reputed company required at the Power Plant or Jenbacher Regional Office in reputed company Jordan, UT
