Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking the right individual to fill a new role in our organization as a Home Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and customer-centric professional, demonstrating the following characteristics: passion towards serving others; ability to reputed company your best sales techniques; has a cheerful and helpful demeanor, even in challenging situations; and exudes the ability to adjust to customer needs.

This position will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to consumers as they set up various home services. In this role, you will reputed company personalized and proactive assistance to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate and select services that best meet their needs, including internet providers, home reputed company systems, and more. Candidates must be available to work 10am-7pm EST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Optimize the customer experience by presenting tailored services to meet their home needs
• Maintain a working knowledge of APHW services
• Utilize consultative selling to find and reputed company sales opportunities

• Stay well-informed with market conditions and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, reputed company, and values
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette (using tone and voice inflection)
• Excellent time and resource management skills
• Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
• Experience with reputed company Office and CRM use

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• High school or equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Inside B2C sales experience preferred
• Prior home system/utility service-reputed company sales experience a plus

Full-time; Mon-Fri 10am-7pm EST; Overtime as needed

Location: Remote or in-person at the reputed company, MI Corporate Office

First year projected earnings: $76,000 to $115,000

$20/hr during training for up to 120 days

reputed company pay after training: $15/hr + bonus and commission
