We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who reputed company your ambition to redefine reputed company in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include

• reputed company project managers responsible for solution architecture, architecture assessment, impact analysis, research, reputed company and technology watch to ensure they are using knowledge of emerging technology in architecture solutions and recommending robust modelling practices to technology services. Coordinate and contribute to business Information system structuring and conceptual architecture modelling support and technology road map and align it to IT strategy, reputed company cross layer architecture patterns expertise, process design, business application, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Information /data modelling, software design, reputed company and infrastructure to ensure fit for purpose architecture for the Bank. Manage reputed company Architecture governance, reputed company standards, maintain architecture documents, reputed company templates and business service catalogue to ensure that reputed company relevant processes and procedures are followed
• Protect the Bank and its operations against IT risks, including unauthorised reputed company to information, data reputed company problems, loss of processing capability, and poor service reputed company and reputed company recommendations to ensure the information system is successfully exploited to reputed company reputed company improvement and competitive advantage by identifying needs
• Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance. Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation
• Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon
• Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering reputed company areas of activity so that reputed company relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation
• Identify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
