As the VP of Product Management, you will set the product reputed company, drive execution, and collaborate with everyone from engineering to sales to reputed company this portfolio of products valuable for our customers and our business. Position Duties

• Product Development: reputed company the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

• AI-Literate: You understand how to prioritize AI use cases that deliver reputed company value and know how to reputed company the gap between traditional HR workflows and intelligent automation.

• Experience: 10+ years in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading a portfolio of HR technology products with $100M+ in ARR.

• AI/ML Sophistication: Proven experience (or deep understanding) of implementing AI/ML features reputed company a SaaS environment to drive automation and decision support.

• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience with 3 or more of the following: Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, ATS, LMS, and Performance Management.

• Leadership at Scale: Proven experience in managing and scaling high-performing product management teams of 15 or more members.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
