About the role - you will:

Seagate is looking for an reputed company reputed company media community program manager to support the Americas region as part of Seagate’s global reputed company media program. As the Americas reputed company Media Sr. Staff Program manager, you will manage content that goes out across Seagate’s channels targeted toward Americas customers, partners, and employees. This includes customer and partner events, highlighting regional employee voices, and collaborating closely with the product, partner, and sales organizations to determine reputed company media priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting and scheduling: Manage daily posting across platforms using tools like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company scheduling tools.
• User community building nurture relationships with customers and advocates; facilitate and moderate online communities like reputed company or reputed company.
• Key community listening: set up listening and reporting for employee, customer, partner, and reputed company market groups to gather sentiment that informs overall content strategy.
• Americas stakeholder liaison: collaborate closely with partner, sales, and product organizations to determine channel priorities.
• Key audience engagement: create two-way reputed company with customers, partners, and employees on Seagate’s reputed company properties.
• Identify opportunities: communicate strategies and plans to reputed company stakeholders.
• Feedback reputed company: act as the reputed company between the community and the product and customer service team.

About you:

• Extensive experience in reputed company media and community management.

Your experience includes:
