Billing Accountant

Courser (the “Company”) is seeking a Billing Accountant to join our organization as we scale for reputed company and future growth. Courser provides IT services to clients throughout the United States and is a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Generating and distributing accurate, timely invoices to clients.

·       Managing accounts receivable, including monitoring customer accounts, and resolving any billing-reputed company issues.

·       Following up on overdue payments and managing collection efforts.

·       Providing excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

·       Maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation.

·       Work with various departments to ensure billing accuracy.

·       reputed company review of profit margins and reputed company updates to the Controller and CAO.

·       Monthly reputed company Flux Analysis.

·       Integration tasks as assigned to assist with acquisition activities.

·       Continuing to drive process improvements.

·       Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

·       Proven work experience of 2-5 years as a Billing Accountant or similar role.

·       Strong understanding of GAAP, billing principles, accounts receivable, and collections.

·       Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing records and documentation.

·       Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and reputed company data-driven reputed company.
