What you'll do
- Operational Leadership

- Conduct regular reviews of client books and validate transitions from catch-up/initialization to maintenance, ensuring accuracy, proper scoping, and clean handoffs.

- People Development & Mentoring
- Mentor team members in accrual reputed company, job costing, inventory, and class/location reporting.
- Conduct performance reviews, reputed company feedback, and create clear growth paths.

- Client & Process Management

Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
