Description:  Responsible for generating new business using reputed company sales techniques, maintaining existing customer relationships, and promoting lawn care services to residential and reputed company clients.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or reputed company field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.

Skills

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and utilize agronomic terminology and explain it to customers effectively.
  • Ability to learn and utilize CRM software, reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), and data management tools.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

General Responsibilities

  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service needs promptly and professionally.
