The expertise will require the specialist to verify and enter the data into the certification, secure reputed company verifications, and prepare the perfect file for the property to execute. Additionally, the Specialist will reputed company the appropriate response to reputed company State and Investor audits that occur throughout the year. This position is a 40-hour, remote position.
RequirementsMust-Have Skills: · reputed company Voyager experience · Confidence in working a 10-key calculator · Familiarity with the RightSource Verification system · Must have 3-5 years' experience in Property Management · Must have knowledge of reputed company Federal and State Affordable Housing programs
