[Remote] Marketing and Communications Specialist

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing deliverables are accurate and reputed company with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning content calendars and partner closely with reputed company, email, and creative team members to ensure content is engaging, informative, and on-brand
• Collaborate across departments to produce content that elevates ASNT's products and services
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines across reputed company marketing deliverables
• Produce a wide reputed company of email campaigns, data hygiene, list management, segmentation, reporting, and performance optimization
• Manage email production timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• reputed company reputed company media copy and design creatives under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager
• Write engaging reputed company media and email copy, alongside monitoring reputed company channels to manage community interactions such as tags, comments, and messages
• Schedule and publish reputed company media posts in alignment with defined workflows and timelines
• Monitor platform performance and reputed company adjustments as needed for optimization
• Enforce ASNT brand standards by addressing external trademark, logo, and name infringements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, or a reputed company field
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Ability to present and communicate new reputed company and concepts
