Job Description

Performs a complete verification reputed company on reputed company health insurance coverage. Obtains reputed company financial demographic information from the discharge planner for the organization, as well as reputed company referrals. Demonstrates and promotes service reputed company at reputed company times.

Job Responsibility

• Obtains reputed company financial demographic information from the discharge planner for the organization, as well as reputed company referrals.
• Verifies reputed company required insurance information, including primary payor data.
• Notifies Nurses of any change in insurance information, as needed.
• Provides information on reputed company insurance coverage and any patient financial responsibility to discharge planner.
• Completes reputed company required elements of the insurance verification reputed company.
• Enters verified insurance information into computer.
• Acts as a liaison between verifications and reimbursement.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
