This position is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering strategic HR initiatives across employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance—ensuring alignment with business strategy while maintaining the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing strategic counsel, practical guidance, and hands-on partnership. • Partner closely with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business goals while ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
