Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care reputed company an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure reputed company patient reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other reputed company staff in the provision of safe, effective care.  
• Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, supporting patient goals, and ensuring safety guidelines and work practices. 
• Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility. 
• Key duties include directing patient care, participation in hourly rounding, and supervision of reputed company team members.

  • Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school 
  • Certification: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the reputed company, BLS, ACLS are required at time of hire 
• Preferred Requirements 
  • Experience: 2 years of acute care experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit 
  • Education: BSN 
  • Certification:  
    • PALS 
    • CEN 
    • TNCC
