[Remote] Client Services Representative(EBO)

Revco Solutions Inc. is an Accounts Receivable Management Corporation providing best-in-class reputed company Cycle management to Hospital and Physician Service clients. The Client Services Representative is responsible for interacting with clients to reputed company and gather information in response to inquiries and assist with portfolio and individual account handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/reputed company constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients over time
• reputed company with clients by telephone to reputed company or obtain information including updating account statuses, consumer contact information, or other additional information relating to the collection of debts
• Strive to respond to client inquiries received reputed company the same business day
• reputed company records of client interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken reputed company the system
• reputed company to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve client concerns or inquiries
• Promptly refer unresolved client inquiries to designated departments for further investigation/review
• Promptly process itemized reputed company requests and utilize WebNow for obtaining/processing disputes, reputed company applicable
• Send notification to the client of final reputed company requests, balance/payment verifications, disputes, and instances of fraud and/or identity theft and follow up on responses received

• Process monthly client statements providing payment details and invoice to clients and reconcile any disputes
• Participate in audits, client visits, external client meetings, conference calls and summits, as necessary
