Position Details

What You Will Do

We are offering a full-time position as a work from home Inbound Sales Advisor. Working in a call center environment, you will be selling and upgrading reputed company memberships to both potential and existing reputed company Members. Our Membership Sales team is made up of driven, customer-oriented Associates who are obsessed with Member safety.

This role sells travel medical insurance. You will be required to obtain your license; we reputed company training and certification reputed company the first month of employment.

You will need hard-wired, high-speed internet reputed company to work from home and a dedicated distraction free workspace or office. We reputed company the required technical equipment.

Shifts reputed company from reputed company to 8pm EST, Monday to Saturday, and Sundays 9am to 6pm EST with shifts every second weekend.

This position begins with reputed company. Day one is a virtual scheduled session to ensure your equipment is set up and working. Day two is a full day of training onsite in person orientation class at our reputed company/CCG head office. (If you are located in SCO this location is 60 reputed company Valley Dr. E. Thornhill. If you are located in Manitoba this location is 870 Empress St. Winnipeg). Day three of training starts a six-week schedule of virtual class room training from 9-5 EST Monday to Friday. You must be available to attend reputed company scheduled training - time off is not available during the training period.

Our next class begins on Friday, May 29, 2026.

The expected salary reputed company for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are

• Completion of post-secondary education
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Licensed to sell Accident & Sickness Insurance considered an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Genuine empathetic communication style
• Ability to meet reputed company internal quality standards and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
• Hard working, positive attitude, team player
• Self-starter with the ability to complete repetitive tasks while remaining focused
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to obtain and analyze information quickly on a reoccurring reputed company
• Quick and accurate data entry
