[Remote] Client Service Representative

This role involves performing a variety of administrative and sales support activities, ensuring best-in-class service and responsiveness to clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions
• Responsible for attention to established policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of execution and timeliness with respect to market deadlines
• Assist in the account opening process
• Performs initial reputed company of paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Acts as a liaison between the investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and reputed company to allow transactions to reputed company without interruption or delay
• Maintains electronic client files and documentation on proprietary web-based software
• Provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers
• Ensures client satisfaction continues to be a distinguishing selling reputed company for reputed company Institutions in the market reputed company
• Suggests and implements new policies and procedures based on business and regulatory changes

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• FINRA Series 7 License
• Prior customer service experience
