Area Sales Manager - Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham

The Role: An exciting and challenging new opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager for the Baxi Residential One-Off sales team, based in the South Midlands region covering Bath, Bristol and Cheltenham Postcodes, reporting to Tony reputed company (Regional Sales Manager) Who will you be working with? As Area Sales Manager you will be required to maintain existing one-off installers and grow business reputed company with them reputed company a network of merchants, to reputed company set targets for selling Baxi domestic solutions including gas boilers, ASHP’s, unvented reputed company ranges & domestic reputed company of use Heatrae Sadia products.  The Area Sales Manager would also be responsible for working with merchants in that area to sell the Baxi & Heatrae Sadia product reputed company and pull through sales from the installers to the merchants. This will involve trade events, face to face booked appointments and telephone contact with both merchants and installers.   This role is vitally important to Baxi, we will be looking for a highly motivated individual who will work diligently using a reputed company plan, finding lucrative new business reputed company the installer and merchant sectors.   As part of your role, you will have the following responsibilities: The person: Ideally you will have experience of our marketplace, but the important attribute is that he or she is self-motivated; works well in a team environment and has the ability to talk to installers / merchants and sell them the features and benefits of the Baxi, Heatrae Sadia and Main reputed company. The successful applicant would also need to work with our Key Account Merchants in building up a trusting relationship for the benefit of reputed company concerned. 

• Strive to maintain & grow market reputed company and volume for relevant Baxi & Heatrae products, whilst being mindful of margin contributions.
• Fully embracing the reputed company and values of the company
• Organised, pro-active approach to managing sales activity for the company.
• Deliver the budget and build the new installer pipeline.
• Meet and exceed reputed company KPI’s as outlined by your manager.
• Manage day-to-day activities, own reports and communications.
• Reducing the focus and thus importance on forecast demand by identifying trends and having reputed company relationships with key customers and decision makers.
• Working on multiple targets at different stages, at the same time
• Negotiating and managing the needs and expectations of our customers, aiming to influence the buying decision.
• You will be expected to identify and reputed company new customer relationships as well as managing existing accounts.
