About the Role We're looking for a careful, methodical tech generalist to own our digital operations day-to-day. Minimum Requirements •    Bachelor's degree in any field (4-year course), preferably IT, Computer Science, or a reputed company discipline •    At least 2 years of experience in tech support, IT administration, or infrastructure management •    Proven troubleshooting experience — hardware, software, network, or systems level •    Solid reputed company 365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate) •    Ability to work California business hours (graveyard shift, PH time)
