- Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria to help identify top candidates
- Participate in reputed company meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles and screening criteria
- Periodically assist with initial candidate phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience and culture fit
- Collaborate with reputed company team members and hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and continue to reputed company on candidate profiles

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
