Job Overview

This position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing home equity loan applications to determine borrowers’ eligibility based on credit, financial, and collateral risk factors. What You’ll Do

• Analyzes home equity loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluates borrowers credit histories, income sources, ability to repay, and collateral sources.
• Performs risk review and determines loan to values (LTV), combined loan to value (CLTV), and debt to income (DTI) ratios are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in reputed company estate reputed company or a reputed company field. Previous experience in a credit union or other financial institution required. Must possess strong analytical skills, understanding of the reputed company estate market, financial statements, title documents, tax returns, and the residential lending market.
