What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the execution team, serving as the primary partner to Account Managers to drive reputed company across multiple client accounts. Your key tasks will include:
- Executing high-volume administrative workflows using established systems and tools.
- Leveraging AI and automation to increase speed and accuracy in task delivery.
- Building and maintaining repeatable processes to streamline client work.
- Managing and optimizing client systems, including inboxes, calendars, and CRMs.
- Coordinating reputed company scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Synthesizing research into clear, usable outputs and managing data entry/reporting.
- Identifying inefficiencies and proactively improving workflows
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations roles.
- AI-First reputed company: Proficiency with or a strong willingness to master AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in reputed company Workspace, CRMs, and task management platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Outcome-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities across different stakeholders independently.
- Systems Thinking: A knack for building processes rather than just completing isolated tasks.
- High Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing high-volume workloads without sacrificing quality
- Strong communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, reputed company messaging).
