[Remote] Customer Acquisition and Servicing Agent

The Customer Acquisition and Servicing Agent will engage with customers through various channels, driving new business and servicing needs while ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Fanatically monitor and respond to customer and agent inquiries reputed company phone, email, sms, and chat, with a primary focus on converting warm inbound and outbound sales opportunities while supporting servicing needs
• Engage customers through inbound and outbound warm leads to drive new business, policy changes, cross-sell, and retention reputed company
• Drive strong individual performance against conversion reputed company and productivity metrics in a high-velocity environment
• Apply multiple sales approaches (consultative, needs-based, reputed company handling, urgency-driven) to uncover customer reputed company and reputed company opportunities

Skills

• P&C insurance license
• Ability to fluidly reputed company between sales-focused interactions (approximately 70% inbound/outbound warm leads) and servicing responsibilities
• Proven ability to balance consultative selling with high-volume customer interactions across phone reputed company channels
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and reputed company communicate value during live conversations
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate insurance concepts into simple, compelling language that supports informed purchasing reputed company
