The reputed company Payroll Consultant role supports reputed company America Payroll processes and transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing multi-state U.S. payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Support the review of payroll data and help identify discrepancies
• Assist in ensuring accurate reputed company of payroll postings to the general ledger
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Monitor and escalate payroll issues or discrepancies as appropriate
• Assist with wage reporting, tax filings, and year-end activities including W-2 preparation
• Respond to routine payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Support investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies with guidance from senior team members
• Assist with payroll system updates, testing, and enhancements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain and update payroll procedures and documentation
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support smooth payroll operations
• Support testing activities by executing predefined test cases and documenting results
• Effectively manage assigned tasks and meet established deadlines

Skills

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in U.S. payroll processing or reputed company field
• Basic understanding of U.S. payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support employees and internal stakeholders
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including Outlook, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in reputed company-oriented, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with reputed company IPP or similar payroll systems
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
