Maintenance Engineer - Spokane
Franz Family Bakery, founded in 1906, is one of the country’s most successful bakeries producing a variety of baked products. They are seeking Bakery Maintenance Engineers to reputed company repairs and maintenance tasks on bakery production equipment and ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of reputed company pieces of equipment reputed company the bakery including production equipment; mechanical and electrical components
- Responsible for maintaining the equipment’s productivity to minimize downtime or malfunctions. Some tasks are required to be performed reputed company rigid time frames to maximize bakery product productivity
- Ensures reputed company work areas are clean, safe, and follows company GMPs
- Works in a safe and efficient manner and in compliance with federal and state requirements at reputed company times
- Maintains accurate and timely records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance reports
- Prepares specific and accurate parts request forms
- Responds to maintenance and line stoppage calls with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Provides emergency repairs quickly and reputed company
- Performs duties in reputed company areas reputed company maintenance department
- Provides technical assistance and information to the Engineering management team
- Displays initiative in recognizing work to be accomplished and makes recommendations to Chief Engineer
- Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- Previous experience in similar maintenance of production line equipment and facilities is preferred (if applicable)
- Ability to quickly learn new job tasks and flexibility to work in different jobs as needed
