[Remote] SDR Recruiter (Contract to Hire)

They are seeking a Recruiter to help secure top talent for their sales organization, requiring a background in Sales Development Representative roles and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company candidate applications in a timely manner & schedule interviews
• Proactively reputed company passive top talent by leveraging reputed company media networks and implementing strategic outbound efforts
• reputed company the entire candidate process by keeping both our hiring teams and candidates up to date on developments and completing timely follow up with reputed company parties involved
• Conduct meaningful high-level pre-screens reputed company phone and/or video call with reputed company candidates to ensure necessary skills and experience align with what hiring managers need for their reputed company positions
• Responsible for filling reputed company positions in a quick and efficient manner
• Complete recruitment associated admin duties and record keeping in ATS
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers
