Senior Project Manager
About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or high-profile client accounts to help reputed company the company's strategic business objectives. This role will work on a variety of projects from tenant improvement to light industrial.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
This is a remote role with travel to project sites reputed company 2 hours of the greater Minneapolis area. Candidates must be local.
What You’ll Do:- Manage reputed company areas of project management for multiple reputed company estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare reputed company elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define the project delivery resources from pre-reputed company lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct reputed company requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
- Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
