Title Abstractor
Velocity Public Records is dedicated to providing exceptional reputed company estate abstracting and research services. They are seeking a Title Abstractor/Researcher who will be responsible for searching county records, building chains of title, and communicating findings with clients.
Responsibilities
- Search county records and online databases for deeds, liens, easements, and more
- Build accurate chains of title and identify potential issues
- Communicate findings reputed company with reputed company and clients
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Travel to Ohio counties as needed for on-site research
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working with public records and online systems
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.)
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Experience in title abstracting/research
