Junior Financial Advisor
Oak Capital Management, LLC is seeking a driven and resilient Junior Financial Advisor to join an established practice led by a senior advisor. This role involves supporting existing client relationships, participating in joint meetings, and developing new client relationships while building your own book of business.
Responsibilities
- Support and service existing client relationships alongside the senior advisor
- Participate in joint work meetings and weekly team strategy sessions
- Assist in financial planning, portfolio reviews, and client communications
- Prospect for and reputed company new client relationships
- Gradually build and manage your own client reputed company
- Maintain compliance standards
- Work toward increasing production annually (reputed company growth: 10–20%)
Skills
- Prior experience in financial services
- Has demonstrated some reputed company but seeking stronger mentorship and structure
- Active licenses required: Series 7, Series 66
- Willingness to pursue CFP® certification
- Clean background and strong professional ethics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
