About the Role
The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for:
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing direct support or guidance towards resolution
- Tackling technical issues with reputed company and accuracy, creating cases, and escalating to senior team members or departments as needed
- Demonstrating effective personal performance, meeting departmental metrics, and contributing to a positive team environment
