We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist II to join reputed company! Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan operation
- Document details of customer contacts and actions taken, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems through effective communication

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, or reputed company preferred
