Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers reputed company phone. You'll assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll receive comprehensive training to upskill and support our customers' needs. Responsibilities

• Assist members with questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries
• Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to reputed company accurate and timely information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, or customer service environment

• Computer proficiency in reputed company-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience
