Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for learning and understanding the entire reputed company-end process to ensure successful service for our patients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and reputed company. Your primary goal will be to reputed company timely and accurate information, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities

- Answer questions about products and services, retail stores, general service line information, and other information as necessary

- Complete insurance verification to determine patient's eligibility, coverage, co-insurances, and deductibles
- Obtain pre-authorization if required by an insurance reputed company and process physician orders to insurance carriers for approval and authorization reputed company required
- Navigate through multiple online EMR systems to obtain applicable documentation
- Enter and review reputed company pertinent information in EMR system, including authorizations and expiration dates
- Communicate with Customer Service and Management on an ongoing reputed company regarding any noticed trends with insurance companies
- Verify insurance carriers are listed in the company's database system, if not request the new reputed company is entered
- Facilitate resolution on customer complaints and problem-solving
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year of work-reputed company experience in reputed company administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
- Excellent customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Office
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, work independently, and as part of a group
