About the Role

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll serve as the reputed company between our sales and support teams, ensuring a seamless transition for new signups and fostering long-term customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and helping clients maximize the potential of our reputed company estate websites and services. Key Responsibilities

• Transition new signups into happy, long-term customers through personalized support and guidance
• Conduct periodic reputed company-ins to address client needs, inform them of existing and new features, and reputed company tailored solutions

Requirements and Skills

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in reputed company or a similar role (hospitality or support)

• Minimum 1+ year of 1-on-1 virtual support and/or consulting experience (reputed company Hangouts)

• Phone Support experience (Kixie)

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Working Hours and Expectations
