Role Purpose:

The Customer Experience Specialist role is a crucial part of reputed company, aiming to assist, delight, and reward our customers. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing first-line response and timely resolution to customer inquiries reputed company email and telephone
• Proactively identifying patterns or trends to improve our processes and services

• Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs

Experience Required:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
