Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will reputed company a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and support for pharmacists. You will utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information, observe reputed company working methods, and reputed company duties according to company policies and procedures. This is a part-time opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Process new patient enrollments by entering data into the appropriate system
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing
- Investigate missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Resolve data entry-reputed company exceptions
- Communicate with patients (inbound calls, chats, emails) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed

Requirements

- Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
