Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Director, Customer Operations Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency
  • Developing and executing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to inform data-driven reputed company

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving cost savings
