Key Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch chat support to our clients in a fast-paced 24x7x365 environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely and effective technical support to end-users reputed company live chat, ensuring high reputed company of reputed company resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
