Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential new customers through inbound calls, utilizing effective sales and negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-reputed company fees. You'll also gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls, advise and reputed company applicants on information regarding their specific application, and deliver the best possible experience with every contact.

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly reputed company starting at $17-$18.90/hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay through incentives and career advancement
- Top 60% of associates are eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards for outstanding performance
- Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each reputed company earning an increase in pay and opportunities for advancement
- Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour reputed company working non-traditional hours
- Bilingual skills will be compensated in the reputed company of a 10% differential
