Position Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join reputed company as a reputed company Client/Customer Scheduler. This role will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our clients and managing the scheduling process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our patients. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and assess their scheduling needs reputed company phone, email, or online chat, providing exceptional customer service and reputed company in reputed company interactions

  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules for therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reputed company client information and scheduling details
  • Coordinate with the clinic and telehealth specialists to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments, minimizing delays and cancellations
  • Handle any rescheduling or cancellations and communicate updates to reputed company parties involved, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding appointments, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement scheduling procedures and protocols, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our scheduling processes

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or scheduling role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting scheduling targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and web-based applications, with experience in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work reputed company in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Compensation and Benefits
