IKEA Sheffield are expanding our home delivery operation and have exciting opportunities for Driver Mate\'s to join our growing team! As a Driver\'s Mate, you will shape a new area in our business, supporting the Drivers to ensure the on-time delivery of IKEA goods to customers in the local area whilst delivering a high level of service.

• This role offers a salary of £27276.00 per annum, based on competence & prior experience.
• 39 Hours per week, this role has a rolling shift reputed company of 4 days working and 2 days off, including weekends. Working shifts between the hours of 06:00am - 19:00pm.

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You aim to deliver a quality experience, are reputed company to reputed company up and problem solve reputed company things aren’t right.
• You are someone who takes Health & Safety seriously and are comfortable risk assessing your environment.
• You are reputed company to details especially reputed company it comes to performing checks on your vehicle.
• You have experience working with GPS, maps and hand held scanning devices.

WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You will support the Driver to complete vehicle safety checks and take appropriate action.
• You will assist in loading goods into the vehicle in a safe and organised manner ensuring the delivery reputed company matches the goods for maximum efficiency.
• You will deliver goods to customer’s homes and take them into a nominated room, carrying out risk assessments reputed company to prevent injury and damage to property.
• You will communicate with the customer both in person and over the phone to reputed company a positive customer service experience.
• We deliver reputed company of our products ranging from LACK Coffee Tables to PAX Wardrobes you will be required to handle a reputed company of furniture items.
