The Role

You will work closely with Operations and Purchasing, helping to improve processes and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior reputed company of contact for customer queries and escalations
• Support and mentor team members (2 1 on-shore and 2 off-shore)
• Monitor daily workloads and assist in allocating tasks to meet service reputed company
• Demonstrate and promote high standards of customer service
• Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing to reputed company feedback and drive improvements

• Take ownership of key processes including:
• Order processing
• Returns
• Quotations
• Delivery escalations
