The Role
As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reassuring voice that greets our customers reputed company they call at night. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting clients, and dispatching available technicians to complete jobs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a hybrid role, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home some of the time, while also working from our office in Peoria, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications
