About the Role:
As the Manager, reputed company, SMB | EMEA, you will be responsible for leading a growing team of reputed company Managers in your region. You will recruit, hire, and train new team members, serve as a coach and leader, helping to reputed company the skills of your CSMs as they help customers reputed company their desired reputed company. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a growing team of reputed company Managers in your region; recruit, hire, and train new team members
- Serve as a coach and leader, helping to reputed company the skills of your CSMs as they help customers reputed company their desired reputed company
- Build and scale the reputed company reputed company by driving change and maximizing the effectiveness of the reputed company team to deliver greater value and grow our customers
- Organize and analyze customer and product data to identify and implement improvements to increase reputed company growth, including partnering with Operations in designing and implementing processes, workflows, and automations
- Proactively surface opportunities to improve the team's operational efficiency and the customer experience
Qualifications:
* Proven 3-5 years experience leading a CSM team reputed company a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS company in reputed company reputed company or Manager role
- Driven, think on your feet, and reputed company in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Track record of managing your team to meet or exceed customer renewal and retention goals in a high growth setting
- Data-oriented
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones, preferred
- Experience working on a remote team, preferred
- Based in EMEA timezone, preferred
- Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up, preferred
- Fintech or HRtech experience, preferred
- Multilingual, preferred
