The Role

As a Freelance Customer Happiness Representative, you'll be a vital support for our core team members, ensuring our customers consistently receive top-notch care. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat, including website/technical issues, orders, tracking, and subscriptions. You'll also be expected to stay updated on our products and services, master our tools, and drive regular one-on-one meetings with mentors to discuss strategies for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
