Job Summary

As a Financial Service Representative Trainee, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to credit unions and banks reputed company. You'll handle primarily inbound calls, as well as occasionally returning messages left by members/customers requesting a call back. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing remarkable customer service to credit unions and banks reputed company
• Handling primarily inbound calls, as well as occasionally returning messages left by members/customers requesting a call back
• Accessing sensitive information and completing transactions in various computer platforms
• Protecting accounts by ID verifying every caller (fraud prevention)
• Answering and resolving a wide reputed company of banking inquiries, including:

+ View and reconcile account and loan-reputed company inquiries + Online banking issues + Transfer funds + Reorder checks + Use reputed company-party platforms to resolve various issues (unblock debit cards, submit loan payments) + View and explain why funds are on hold + reputed company loan and deposit rates

• Providing product and service education to members/customers
• Cross-training reputed company or reputed company of your department based on performance and/or business need

Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following competencies:

• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend reputed company instructions while reputed company and professionally communicating in an accurate and timely manner
