Responsibilities

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering high-volume inbound calls and providing written communication for reputed company lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
• Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
• Using multiple computer applications to reputed company manage customer interactions
• Actively participating in department initiatives and goals to drive business reputed company
• Maintaining customer service metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of customer call center experience working with liability or auto claims
