The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and engagement to our clients' websites. You'll be responsible for interacting with visitors through online chat software, addressing their questions and concerns in reputed company-time, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their online interactions.
